A cycle is a circular, recurring process with multiple steps. While we’re all familiar with the cycle of seasons, there are also cycles within our businesses that we need to analyze.
A cycle template can be used in a presentation to explain how your company should respond to a problem or illustrate the sales cycle. Typically, a cycle includes stages such as identifying the problem, developing solutions, implementing a solution, studying its outcome, making adjustments, and evaluating the results. If the results aren’t satisfactory, the cycle begins again with problem identification.

Avoid using too many colors or complex designs. A clean, simple look will effectively convey your information.
Let your cycle template be the focal point. Use text sparingly to label information, leaving more detailed explanations for your speech or other slides.
If you have more than six or seven steps, consider creating a second cycle or using a different diagram to convey your data clearly.
Ensure each step in the cycle represents a single, clear idea or action.
